At this workshop you will gain an understanding of the steps required to go from carrying out a training needs analysis exercise to formulating and managing a training plan. It is aimed attendees will receive tools and learn methods to help write training objectives, cost training interventions and manage training plans.

• Effective training plan management

This event is aimed at people in Learning and Development roles or staff responsible for coordinating / arranging training in an organisation.

For those wishing to attend these workshops, it would be advantageous to have attended a Training Needs Analysis workshop.
