The Invest NI Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) team would like to invite you to an interactive workshop, in conjunction with your KTP Adviser and your FUSION consultant.

The aim of this workshop is to help you, as KTP associates and FUSION graduates, maximise the potential benefits from your projects. The Enterprise Europe Network is the world’s largest business support network and can assist you in taking your project to the next level.

What you will learn

At this lunch event, you will learn how to access the EEN, the world’s biggest business support network, and how you can find opportunities on its extensive database. These skills will enable you to establish international technical and commercial partnerships, which will help take the innovations in your project forward to commercial success.

We will introduce you to a business modelling tool, the Value Proposition Canvas, which will help you to more clearly understand your customers, design products and the services they want.

You will also learn about the range of support available to help you find customers, partners and funding to accelerate your project through to commercialisation. With practical tools and insights from the Enterprise Europe Network, Innovate UK and the Knowledge Transfer Network, this workshop will equip you to take your KTP or FUSION project to the next stage.
