Our Organising the Workplace for Improved Workflows workshop on Thursday 20 April, 10:00-13:00 at Invest NI (North West Office) will inform attendees how to organise their workplaces better so that work moves easier through the business using the 6S lean stabilisation tool.

Using this tool, attendees will learn how to apply Sort, Set, Shine, Safety, Standardise, and Sustain to their workplace to maximise space organisation.

This is especially beneficial to companies who struggle to meet customer shipment commitments.
