This workshop will discuss change, how to better manage and introduce change within a business including how to secure ‘hearts and minds’ with a focus on addressing the barriers to change through appropriate leadership behaviours.  Attendees will learn a systematic change process, how to conduct trials and then implement change. This will be of particular interest to businesses that find change difficult. There will be an opportunity for 1-1's at the end of the workshop.
