Please note: For maximum benefit we recommend attending both a Training Needs Analysis workshop and a Training Needs to Training Plan workshop though it is not mandatory.

The workshop will begin at 12:30 and finish at approximately 16:00, with registration and lunch starting at 12:00 noon.
