Overview

At this workshop you will gain an understanding of the steps required to go from carrying out a training needs analysis exercise to formulating and managing a training plan.

Please be advised that it is not necessary to have attended the Training Needs Analysis workshop.

Some of the topics include:

• Writing clear training objectives
• Engaging external training providers
• Costing out training interventions
• Training plan management

The workshop will commence at 09.00 and finish at 13.30, with registration and breakfast from 09.00 each morning.
