Expand your knowledge to improve your business

In partnership with Mid & East Antrim Borough Council, we are hosting a series of monthly Lunch and Learn events from September 2023 to March 2024.

These informal workshops aim to support local business owners & managers who want to expand, and improve their knowledge, on how to operate more efficiently and effectively in a changing business environment. They are also a great opportunity to network with other local businesspeople, and find out more about the wide range of advisory support available to businesses.

This workshop on Wednesday 7 February 2024, 12 noon to 14:00 will cover support available from Invest NI’s Energy and Resource Efficiency team.

You can expect to hear about:

1. Technical Consultancy Support – This can help your business identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and cost savings. Invest NI can provide specialist support to complete bespoke energy saving projects such as technical audits and feasibility studies

2. Sustainability Reports – This is a holistic assessment/understanding of a business’ environmental performance across a number of areas such as raw materials, energy, carbon, packaging, biodiversity and waste. This support will enable you to measure, monitor and report on your environmental performance

3. Resource Matching – The resource matching service offers opportunities to convert redundant materials from one business into a resource for another business, adding value and reducing business costs for all involved

4. Case Studies highlighting solutions that can be rolled out within your business


There will be an opportunity for 1-1s at the end of the workshop.
