Overview
Innovate UK have announced the second round of funding (£15m in each) for each of the Infrastructure Systems and Health & Life Sciences sectors. Businesses can apply for funding to support a range of innovation projects that tackle commercial challenges to the Infrastructure and Health & Life Sciences sectors.

In the Infrastructure Systems competition, priority areas are:

- Urban Living
- Smart Infrastructure
In the Health & Life Sciences competition, priority areas are:
- Increase yield, quality and sustainability in agriculture and food production
- Improve precision medicine, advanced therapies, preclinical technologies
- Advance biosciences in healthcare and agriculture and food production
