Expand your knowledge to grow your business

In partnership with Mid & East Antrim Borough Council, we are hosting a series of monthly Lunch and Learn events from September 2023 to March 2024.

These informal workshops aim to support local business owners & managers who want to expand, and improve their knowledge, on how to operate more efficiently and effectively in a changing business environment. They are also a great opportunity to network with other local businesspeople, and find out more about the wide range of advisory support available to businesses.

The Innovation: Assessment and Funding workshop on Wednesday 6 December, 12 noon to 14:00 will introduce participants to Innovate NI and explain how it offers Northern Ireland based businesses a user-friendly, free Innovation Framework which explains the steps you need to successfully take a new idea and turn it into something real that adds value to your business.

Will it create value in your business, produce new profits or help grow the business? If so, an Innovation Voucher could help support this, and the session will also provide an overview of Innovation Vouchers and how they can support your business.

How can an Innovation Voucher help my business?

The aim is to improve the innovation capability of your business and to build links with public sector Knowledge Providers, such as the universities, colleges, technology institutions or research organisations.

If you would like help with an innovation project, such as developing innovative products, processes or services; scientific research; identification of new materials or exploring new technologies, you may apply for an Innovation Voucher to access specialist expertise, technology or facilities that might not otherwise be available to you.
