Workshop Details:

This workshop introduces process mapping, daily meetings and visual management.

To improve our business processes, we must first be able to describe or map them. Daily meetings are important for fostering continuous improvement habits, provided the correct KPIs are discussed.

Attendees will learn how to map their business processes and focus daily on areas needing improvement. It will be of particular benefit to businesses who struggle with employee engagement.

There will be an opportunity for 1-1's at the end of the workshop.
