Join us for the second in our series of lively lunchtime sessions, Design Bites.

Design isn’t about making a product pretty or putting it in a fancy box. Design goes much deeper than that. We’ll be getting together with Gareth Dunlop from award-winning UX and service design specialists Fathom to find out how. 

What exactly is Human-Centred Design (HCD) and why does it matter? And can it really help create outstanding service for our customers? 

With business models and markets in constant flux, fuelled by digital technology, we look at why putting HCD at the heart of your business can help improve the service experience at every touchpoint.

Gareth will take us through a short presentation and then we’ll talk about how you can use HCD in your business. Participation and questions from the audience are welcome.
