This workshop will show attendees how to identify waste in their business processes using waste walks. It will then show them how to eliminate those wastes using the daily meetings covered in workshop 1. The workshop will also discuss practical steps to reduce energy consumption which is particularly important in current times. There will be an opportunity for 1-1's at the end of the workshop.
