Invest Northern Ireland, in partnership with the Mid Ulster Labour Market Partnership, is hosting this event to help employers access wider talent pools and build workplaces where people can join, stay and thrive.

With ongoing labour and skills shortages and increased competition for talent, businesses need to think differently about recruitment and retention. At this session, employers and specialist organisations will share practical advice, real-life experiences and details of the support available.
