CERN (European Research Centre in Particle Physics) work to help uncover what the universe is made of and how it works. They do this by providing a unique range of particle accelerator facilities to researchers, to advance the boundaries of human knowledge.

CERN in partnership with Invest Northern Ireland and Department for Business and Trade is hosting a Meet the Buyer event at Invest NI, Bedford Square, Belfast on Wednesday 15 May 2024, 9:00-14:00.

A series of short presentations will provide an overview of CERN’s purchasing process and future opportunities, as well as the support they provide to potential suppliers.  

In addition to CERN, attendees will hear from representatives from UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) and the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) who support and promote UK Industry in CERN.

You will also have the opportunity to attend a one-to-one meeting with a member of the CERN team and / or members of the STFC and DBT support teams.
