Overview
Innovate UK have announced the third round of their up to £15m funding competition under the broad theme of Infrastructure Systems. Businesses can apply for funding to support a range of innovation projects that tackle commercial challenges to the infrastructure.
The competition is one of Innovate UK’s new simplified processes and this seminar is an opportunity for you to hear how their new structure works and the detail of the competition. You will also hear how Invest NI can help you apply.
To be in scope, a project must clearly demonstrate step change innovation(s) in one or more of the following areas:
- Smart, Resilient, Sustainable Integrated Infrastructure
- Energy Systems
- Civil Nuclear Fission
- Offshore Wind
- Connected Transport
- Urban Living
You must show how your project will enable a step change in business growth, productivity and/or drive export opportunities for at least one UK SME involved in the project.
