This interactive, in-person workshop will guide you through Innovate NI’s complete innovation process from ideation to commercialisation. Through practical exercises and templates, you will learn how to turn your ideas into business opportunities.
The workshop is designed to accelerate business development and equip you with the skills necessary to achieve innovation success within your organisation.
The session will cover key stages of the Innovate NI Framework:
1. Ideation (understanding current challenges, having ideas)
2. Selection (Prioritising and testing ideas)
3. Development (Conceptualisation & Prototyping)
4. Commercialisation (Scaling strategies and scalable business model)

We are hosting a series of regional Lunch & Learn workshops on exporting from January to March 2025.

This workshop will showcase the suite of support available from Invest Northern Ireland to support Northern Ireland businesses on every step of the export journey and how this fits in with the wider ecosystem of export support available. The session will comprise of a presentation outlining this support and a Q&A session led by the Invest Northern Ireland trade team.
This workshop will be held at Invest NI’s Southern Regional office at Drumalane Mill, Newry.
