The Northern Ireland Life and Health Sciences Launchpad is a £7.5 million fund which Innovate UK has ringfenced for life and health sciences projects in Northern Ireland. Under the Launchpad, companies can apply for funding for innovation projects on a wide range of life and health sciences topics – ranging from biomarker discovery and validation to medical technology devices, or from applied diagnostics and therapeutics to the development of life sciences supply chains and processes. Innovate UK is currently seeking applications under this fund; the closing date for applications is Wednesday 26 November 2025.
