Expand your knowledge of Supply Chain Resilience. We are hosting a series of regional Lunch & Learn workshops on Supply Chain Resilience to improve the profitability of businesses. These informal workshops led by supply chain experts will highlight the importance of the supply chain to your business. You will gain practical insights on how to reduce costs, improve supply chain performance and enhance your overall competitiveness. They will be of particular interest to small or medium sized business looking to streamline operations and reduce costs. There will also be opportunities for networking and company specific one to one discussions with Invest NI Supply Chain experts. This workshop will be held at Invest NI’s Eastern Regional office at Bedford Square, Belfast. Please arrive at 11:45 for Registration / Tea & Coffee. Event will start at 12 noon and will be followed by a light lunch.

We are hosting a series of regional Lunch & Learn workshops on exporting from January to March 2025. The benefits of exporting are well documented at both a company and overall economy level. Besides offering significant growth opportunities through increased sales and enhancing resilience, firms exporting to a wide range of markets contribute to improving productivity, innovation and the creation of high-quality jobs. This workshop will showcase the suite of support available from Invest Northern Ireland to support Northern Ireland businesses on every step of the export journey and how this fits in with the wider ecosystem of export support available. The session will comprise of a presentation outlining this support and a Q&A session led by the Invest Northern Ireland trade team. This workshop will be held at Invest NI’s North Eastern Regional office at Ecos Hub, Ballymena. Please arrive at 11:45 for registration / tea & coffee. Event will start at 12 noon and will be followed by a light lunch. This workshop is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
